Elisabeth of Anhalt-Zerbst (15 September 1563 – 8 November 1607) was Electress of Brandenburg by marriage to John George, Elector of Brandenburg.

Elisabeth of Anhalt (15 October 1545, Dessau – 26 September 1574, Barby) was a German abbess of the secular abbeys at Gernrode and Frose as Elisabeth III of Anhalt. After she left the convent, she became Countess of Barby by marriage.
When Elisabeth von Anhalt-Zerbst was born on 25 September 1563, in Anhalt-Bitterfeld, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, her father, Joachim Ernst Anhalt II, was 26 and her mother, Gräfin Agnes von Barby-Mühlingen, was 23. She married Johann Georg von Brandenburg in 1577.

Anhalt-Zerbst was a principality of the Holy Roman Empire ruled by the House of Ascania, with its residence at Zerbst in present-day Saxony-Anhalt. It emerged as a subdivision of the Principality of Anhalt from 1252 until 1396, when it was divided into the principalities of Anhalt-Dessau and Anhalt-Köthen.
