  5. Synopsis by Hal Erickson. The time-honored "homesteaders vs. cattlemen" plot device is given another go-round in the Republic western The Cyclone Kid. John James plays Dr. Dawson, a young phsyician who tries to rally the local settlers against the despotic cattle barons.
