A teachable moment, in education, is the time at which learning a particular topic or idea becomes possible or easiest.
Using Teachable Moments. Although unplanned, teachable moments can lead to some of the most significant learning experiences kids have. They are often more memorable than daily lessons because they come about authentically from children’s questions, misconceptions, or interests.
