A wheelchair-bound mad scientist plots to revive the Third Reich. Secret agent Dick Dagger is assigned to stop him.
Dagger visits Ingrid, Koffman's mistress who runs a beauty farm, and learns from her masseuse Joy that a young woman named Erica is being held prisoner at Koffman's plant. Unaware that Koffman is monitoring his every move, Dagger kidnaps Erica and takes her to his place.
