  6. 4 de nov. de 2020 · This section aims at presenting the domain of personality psychology, starting from outlining its key termpersonality. Then, it focuses on presenting the chief approaches to the study of personality: psychoanalytic, behavioural and humanistic.

  7. In attempting to study the whole functioning of individuals, personality draws from other areas of psychology: biological, cognitive, social and developmental, to list a few. It has close ties to nonpsychological areas: history and politics, literature and the arts, health sciences and others.
