Karl Friedrich von Baden (* 22. November 1728 in Karlsruhe; † 10. Juni 1811 ebenda) war Markgraf von Baden-Durlach (1738–1771), Markgraf von Baden (1771–1803), Kurfürst des Heiligen Römischen Reiches (1803–1806) und erster Großherzog von Baden (1806–1811).

He was born in Karlsruhe, Margraviate of Baden-Durlach, now in Baden-Württemberg, Germany on November 22, 1728, the son of Hereditary Prince Friedrich of Baden-Durlach and Princess Amalia of Nassau-Dietz.
