Kevin Michael Wilkinson (11 June 1958 – 17 July 1999) was an English drummer, who was based in Baydon, Wiltshire, England.
On 17 July 1999, drummer Kevin Wilkinson died by suicide, hanging himself at the age of 41. Wilkinson had played with a wide variety of other artists including the Waterboys , Fish , the Proclaimers , Squeeze and with Howard Jones .

Biography. Kevin Wilkinson holds degrees in both Classics and Religious Studies from the University of British Columbia (BA, MA) and Yale University (MA, PhD). He specializes in the history and literature of the Later Roman Empire with a particular interest in the intersection of religion and politics during this period.
