El príncipe Godofredo de Hohenlohe-Langenburg (en alemán: Gottfried Fürst zu Hohenlohe-Langenburg; Langenburg, 24 de marzo de 1897 - Ibídem, 11 de mayo de 1960) fue el único hijo varón del príncipe Ernesto II de Hohenlohe-Langenburg y príncipe titular de Hohenlohe-Langenburg desde 1950 hasta su muerte.
Enrique I (fallecido en 1183) fue el primero en tomar el nombre de Hohenlohe, y en 1230 sus nietos Godofredo y Conrado, partidarios del emperador Federico II, fundaron los líneas de Hohenlohe-Hohenlohe y Hohenlohe-Brauneck, nombres tomados de sus respectivos castillos.
