Model USS1, the Epiphone John Lee Hooker Signature Sheraton is a Japanese made and American assembled model that features a John Lee Hooker inscription on the truss rod cover and a "Boogie Man" inscription on the pickguard.

RARE Epiphone 1964 Sheraton John Lee Hooker Signature Model Limited Edition guitar. The serial number on the blue JLH signed sticker inside the F hole is JLH 0029 (see photo). All sources I consulted say that this particular model only had a run of about 200 guitars, so this was one of the earliest made the run.
The Epiphone John Lee Hooker Sheraton is an archtop electric guitar produced between 2000 and 2005. It is a signature model for John Lee Hooker, inspired by the 1960s Epiphone E212T Sheraton. The John Lee Hooker Sheraton was assembled in Nashville, Tennessee from parts manufactured in Japan.
The first of the Epiphone John Lee Hooker signature guitars, the Epiphone John Lee Hooker Signature 50th Anniversary Sheraton was a limited run of 50 guitars. The guitar features a gold engraved truss rod cover and a white label with a photo of John Lee Hooker inside the f-hole.
