Sophie Amalie Caroline of Saxe-Hildburghausen (German: Sophie Amalie Karoline von Sachsen-Hildburghausen; born: 21 July 1732 in Hildburghausen; died: 19 June 1799 in Öhringen), was a princess of Saxe-Hildburghausen and by marriage Princess of Hohenlohe-Neuenstein-Oehringen.
Princess Louise of Saxe-Hildburghausen (Charlotte Luise Friederike Amalie Alexandrine; 28 January 1794 – 6 April 1825) was a member of the House of Saxe-Hildburghausen, and a Princess of Saxe-Hildburghausen by birth.
Alexandra was born in Schloss Johannisburg in Aschaffenburg, the eighth child and fifth daughter of King Ludwig I of Bavaria and of his wife, Princess Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausen.
Princess Therese Charlotte Luise Friederike Amalie of Saxe-Hildburghausen was the wife of King Ludwig I of Bavaria. She was born on July 8, 1792, at Jagdschloss Seidingstadt, the summer residence of the Dukes of Saxe-Hildburghausen, in Straufhain, Duchy of Saxe-Hildburghausen, now in Thuringia, Germany.
Louise was the seventh child of Frederick, Duke of Saxe-Hildburghausen and his wife Duchess Charlotte Georgine of Mecklenburg-Strelitz. One of her godparents, her aunt Louise of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, was the Queen consort of the Kingdom of Prussia.
