Miss Sparky The GTOs ( Girls Together Outrageously ) were an all-girl group from the Los Angeles area, specifically the Sunset Strip scene. The group was active for two and a half years (1968–1970), followed by one reunion performance in 1974.

The GTO's began as a collection of wildly outrageous girls who frequented the Sunset Strip in LA and hung out with the bands and groups who performed in that area during the late 1960s, such as Carl Franzoni & the Log Cabin commune, the Magic Band and Mothers Of Invention.
Then known as Miss Sparky, or Sparkie Parker, she became part of the all-girl group GTO's, an acronym for Girls Together Outrageously, produced as a side project by Zappa. As Sparkie Parker she later performed vocals for the track Disco Boy, on the Zoot Allures album.
