Tarkio College was a college that operated in Tarkio, Missouri, from 1883 to 1992. The institution was supported by the United Presbyterian Church in the United States of America, followed by the Presbyterian Church (USA).

Tarkio College. Tarkio, Missouri. 1883-1992. Travel. After seven hours of I-29 driving down from North Dakota, it was a relief to turn off on Missouri 136, one of the “blue highways," to Tarkio, a farming community of 1800.
Applicants are encouraged to apply at least 6-8 weeks prior to the semester of attendance. This will allow adequate time to process application materials, meet with an advisor to schedule classes, and register for classes. All registration for classes is held at Tarkio Technology Institute.
Welcome to the 2023-24 update of our website. We are happy to be up and running normally after the pandemic. We had a successful Homecoming in September 2023, and you can find pictures under the alumni icon on this website. Homecoming 2024 is planned for September 20-22.
6 de nov. de 2019 · Now, 28 years later, the college in Tarkio, Missouri, 31 miles west of Maryville, will reopen under a new name, the Tarkio Technology Institute. TTI will serve as a post-secondary career and technical school offering diploma and certificate programs in plumbing technology, computer technology and wind energy technology.
