Jan-Håkan "Ian" Haugland (born 13 August 1964) is a Norwegian-Swedish drummer in the Swedish rock band Europe. When he was eight months old, he and his family moved to the Stockholm suburb of Märsta, Sweden. He joined Europe in the summer of 1984, replacing Tony Reno.

Born in Norway, Ian Haugland has lived in Sweden since he was a child and is best known as the drummer of the Swedish hard rock band Europe. He also recorded drums for Nikolo Kotzev's Nostradamus rock opera.
