Maddalena Visconti (1366 – 17 July 1404) was a daughter of Bernabò Visconti and his wife Beatrice Regina della Scala. Maddalena was Duchess of Bavaria-Landshut by her marriage to Frederick, Duke of Bavaria.

When Maddalena Visconti was born in 1361, in Milan, Lombardy, Italy, her father, Bernabò Visconti Lord of Milan, was 38 and her mother, Beatrice Regina Della Scala Lady of Milan, was 30. She married Duke Frederick Wittelsbach- Von Bayern-Landshut of Bavaria on 2 September 1381.

Maddalena est née à Milan et est la onzième d'une fratrie de quinze enfants. Les grands-parents maternels de Maddalena sont Mastino II della Scala et Taddea de Carrare. Ses grands-parents paternels sont Stefano Viscontiet Valentina Doria.
