Isaac Wayne (1772 – October 25, 1852) was an American politician from Pennsylvania who served as a Federalist Party member of the U.S. House of Representatives for Pennsylvania's 4th congressional district from 1823 to 1825.

He served as captain in the Provincial Forces of Pennsylvania during the French and Indian War from 1755 to 1758. As a civilian he operated a tannery.
