12 de sept. de 2022 · Although Justin Hansen insisted that he had not attacked Brittani, he agreed to plead no contest to attempted murder in the first degree and aggravated burglary. On July 25, 2018, he was sentenced to 18 years in prison as a part of his plea deal.
“I am ready to move forward and prove my innocence,” Justin Hansen, 34, said in an exclusive interview with ABC News’ 20/20. “It does scare me not knowing the what-ifs and what could happen.” In April, Mr Hansen pleaded no contest to attacking Brittani Marcell, then 17, at her home just before noon on September 11, 2008.
