Harry Hays Morgan Jr. (April 25, 1898 – July 8, 1983) was an American diplomat, society figure and actor. He is most notable as the brother of Gloria Morgan Vanderbilt and uncle of Gloria Vanderbilt.

Born in Lucerne, Switzerland, Thelma Morgan was a daughter of Harry Hays Morgan Sr. (1860–1933), an American diplomat who was U.S. consul in Buenos Aires and in Brussels, and his half-Chilean, half-Irish-American wife, Laura Delphine Kilpatrick (1869–1956).
Harry Hays Morgan was born on 25 April 1898 in Horgen, Switzerland. He was an actor, known for Women in the Night (1948), Avalanche (1946) and Abie's Irish Rose (1946). He was married to Edith Churchill Gordon, Ivor Elizabeth O'Connor and Sybil Robertina Willys-Boyce.
