Ricardo Gonzalo Pedro Montalbán y Merino, conocido simplemente como Ricardo Montalbán, fue un actor mexicano, nacido el 25 de noviembre de 1920, en la Ciudad de México. Hijo de Genaro Montalbán y Ricarda Merino, inmigrantes españoles, Ricardo creció en Torreón, Coahuila, donde estudió en la Escuela Comercial Treviño.
