Norbert Gastell (14 October 1929 – 26 November 2015) was a German actor who specialized in dubbing. He was born to German parents, but grew up in Argentina. He moved to Munich in 1938.

Norbert Gastell was born on 14 October 1929 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was an actor, known for Raumpatrouille - Die phantastischen Abenteuer des Raumschiffes Orion (1966), Merlin (1980) and Forsthaus Falkenau (1989). He was married to Karin Heym and Inge Fuerst.

Norbert Gastell (14 October 1929–26 November 2015) is a German voice actor who voiced Cornelius Fudge in the German dubs of the Harry Potter films. He was born Emilio Norberto Gastel in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1929 to Otto Gastel, a journalist, and his wife, Germans who had moved to Argentina from Munich four years prior.
