Philip S. Tan es un artista de cómics de origen filipino, que es conocido principalmente por su trabajo en el mercado norteamericano para editoriales como Marvel y DC. Se graduó en la Universidad de Santo Tomas, en su Manila natal, donde obtuvo una Licenciatura en Arquitectura.
