Achille Varzi (8 August 1904 – 1 July 1948) was an Italian racing driver. He is remembered as the chief rival of Tazio Nuvolari, and was the winner of the 1933 Monaco Grand Prix.
His main teaching and research interests are in logic, formal semantics, and metaphysics. He is presently working on a book on mereology and a series of mini-books of philosophy for children. He is an editor of the Journal of Philosophy and consulting editor for various other publications.
