Samuel Parrilla Monges (June 12, 1943 – February 9, 1994) was a Puerto Rican professional baseball left fielder and pinch hitter, who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Philadelphia Phillies, in 1970.

The 5’11, 185-pound outfielder played in 118 games, batted .240, and tallied 51 RBIs.

Before the 1963 season started, Parrilla was signed as an amateur free agent by the Cleveland Indians. He was spotted and signed by Indians scout Jose Seda.
