Fritz Pfeffer (Giessen, Alemania; 30 de abril de 1889-Neuengamme, Alemania; 20 de diciembre de 1944) fue un dentista judío que compartió escondite con las familias Frank y Van Pels en los Países Bajos durante las persecuciones por parte de los nazis.

Friedrich "Fritz" Pfeffer (30 April 1889 – 20 December 1944) was a German dentist and Jewish refugee who hid with Anne Frank and her family and the Van Pels family during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands. He perished in the Neuengamme concentration camp in Northern Germany.

El 16 de noviembre de 1942 Fritz Pfeffer se oculta en la Casa de atrás. Es el dentista de Miep Gies y conocido de Otto y Edith Frank. Su prometida, Charlotte Kaletta, fue invitada un año antes a la boda de Miep y Jan Gies.
