Ahmed Mourad Salah El-Din Zulfikar (Arabic: أحمد ذو الفقار, Egyptian Arabic pronunciation: [æħmæd zol fɑqˈqɑːr]; 15 August 1952 – 1 May 2010), was an Egyptian mechanical engineer and entrepreneur. He worked for three decades in the field of infrastructure.
Ahmed Pasha Zulfikar is widely considered to be the modern founding father of the family. On the occasion of the 1952 Egyptian Revolution , the Zulfikar family contributed in fighting against the British occupation, with many members in the Egyptian Armed Forces and the Egyptian National Police during the period.
