Alfalfa reads the manuscript of a mystery story written by his Aunt and mistakes it for a plot to murder him. He rounds up the Gang and asks them for protection.
Alfalfa's Aunt plot. Alfalfa believes his aunt wants to kill him when he reads a paper she dropped, not knowing it is a page of a crime story she is writing. He calls in the gang to chase her out of the house.
Alfalfa's weird aunt Penelope pays a visit. She's working on a murder mystery novel, but Alfalfa thinks she's trying to murder him. It's up to the Spanky and the gang to save him.
