Gwendolen Florence Mary Guinness, Countess of Iveagh (née Onslow; 22 July 1881 – 16 February 1966) was an Anglo-Irish aristocrat and Conservative politician. She was, by marriage, a member of the Guinness brewing dynasty.
Gwendolen Florence Mary Guinness, condesa de Iveagh, nació el 25 de septiembre de 1881 en Burwarton, Shropshire, Inglaterra. Era la hija mayor de Arthur Guinness, 1er barón Ardilaun, y de su segunda esposa, Olivia Hedges-White.
The Countess of Iveagh, as Gwendolen Guinness was now known, won the Southend by-election on 19 November 1927 to replace her husband as MP. She served until her retirement at the 1935 general election.

O n the 16th February, 1966, Gwendolen Guinness, Countess of Iveagh, died at the age of 84. Just under nineteen months later, her husband, Rupert Guinness, the 2nd Earl of Iveagh also died aged 93, (on the 14th September, 1967).
