William Wellesley-Pole, 3rd Earl of Mornington, GCH, PC, PC (Ire) (20 May 1763 – 22 February 1845), known as Lord Maryborough between 1821 and 1842, was an Anglo-Irish politician and an elder brother of the Duke of Wellington.
He was master of the buckhounds (1823–30) and postmaster general (1834–5), before succeeding his older brother Richard as 3rd earl of Mornington on 26 September 1842. He died on 22 February 1845. As Lord Wellesley had no legitimate children, the English barony of 1797 and the marquessate became extinct on his death in 1842. He was succeeded in the other titles by his younger brother William Wellesley-Pole, 1st Baron Maryborough, who became the third Earl of Mornington.

William Wellesley-Pole (1763-1845), 3rd Earl of Mornington and statesman, was born at Dangan Castle, co. Meath, on 20 May 1763. From 1783 to 1790 he sat for Trim, the Wesley family seat in the Irish parliament. He sat for East Looe until 1795 and then for Queen's county from 1801 to 1821.
