Milan Nedić (Serbian Cyrillic: Милан Недић; 2 September 1878 – 4 February 1946) was a Yugoslav and Serbian army general and politician who served as the chief of the General Staff of the Royal Yugoslav Army and minister of war in the Royal Yugoslav Government.
Milan Nedić (Grocka, 3. septembar 1877 — Beograd, 4. februar 1946) bio je srpski i jugoslovenski general i političar. On se kao oficir borio u Balkanskim ratovima i u Prvom svetskom ratu. U međuratnom periodu bio je načelnik generalštaba i ministar vojske i mornarice.
Milan Nedić (srpski: Милан Недић, Grocka, Beograd, 2. rujna 1878. – Beograd, 4. veljače 1946.) bio je srpski političar i general vojske Kraljevine Jugoslavije, najpoznatiji kao vođa marionetske vlade u Srbiji pod okupacijom Trećeg Reicha u Drugome svjetskom ratu.

General Milan Nedić, formerly chief of general staff of the Royal Yugoslav Army, was selected to be the head of the new government. On 29 August 1941, Nedić was installed as the prime minister following the resignation of the Commissioner Administration.
