Alexander Meigs "Al" Haig, Jr. ( Filadelfia, Pensilvania; 2 de diciembre de 1924- Baltimore, Maryland; 20 de febrero de 2010) fue un militar y político estadounidense. General retirado, fue Jefe de Gabinete de la Casa Blanca entre 1973 y 1974, durante el Escándalo de Watergate, y luego fue Secretario de Estado entre 1981 y 1982.
