Ahmed Djemal (Ottoman Turkish: احمد جمال پاشا, romanized: Ahmed Cemâl Pasha; 6 May 1872 – 21 July 1922), also known as Djemal Pasha, was an Ottoman military leader and one of the Three Pashas that ruled the Ottoman Empire during World War I. Cemal was born in Mytilene, Lesbos.

Ahmet Cemal Eringen (February 15, 1921 – December 7, 2009) was a Turkish engineering scientist. He was a professor at Princeton University and the founder of the Society of Engineering Science. The Eringen Medal is named in his honor.

7 de dic. de 2009 · Ahmed Cemal Eringen was born on February 15, 1921, in Kayseri, Turkey. Erigen received his degree from Technical University of Istanbul in 1943. After his formal studies, he was employed by Turkish Aircraft Company until 1944. From 1944-1945 Ereingen was a trainee for the Glenn L. Martin Company.
