Wilfred Russell Bailey, 3rd Baron Glanusk (27 June 1891 – 12 January 1948), was a British peer and soldier. Career. Glanusk was the son of Joseph Bailey, 2nd Baron Glanusk, born on 17 June 1891.

It was created in 1899 for Sir Joseph Bailey, 2nd Baronet, who had earlier represented Herefordshire and Hereford in the House of Commons as a Conservative. Both his son, the second Baron, and grandson, the third Baron, served as Lord Lieutenant of Brecknockshire.
The Right Hon. Sir Wilfred Russell Bailey, D.S.O., third Baron Glanusk, of Glanusk Park, in the County of Brecon in the Peerage of the United Kingdom, and a baronet, was the eldest son of the second Baron Glanusk and was born on June 27, 1891.
