Charles Douglas, 6th Marquess of Queensberry, KT (March 1777 – 3 December 1837), known as Sir Charles Douglas, 5th Baronet between 1783 and 1810, was a Scottish peer and member of Clan Douglas.

Douglas, Charles, 6th Marquess of Queensberry (1777 -1837) Charles Douglas was the eldest son and heir of Sir William Douglas of Kelhead, 4th Baronet, and his wife, Grace, née Johnstone. Until 1783 when he inherited his father's baronetcy, he was known as Sir Charles Douglas, 5th Baronet.
Marquess of Queensberry is a title in the Peerage of Scotland. The title has been held since its creation in 1682 by a member of the Douglas family. The Marquesses also held the title of Duke of Queensberry from 1684 to 1810, when it was inherited by the Duke of Buccleuch .
Duke of Buccleuch ( / bəˈkluː / bə-KLOO ), formerly also spelt Duke of Buccleugh, is a title in the Peerage of Scotland created twice on 20 April 1663, first for James Scott, 1st Duke of Monmouth, and second suo jure for his wife Anne Scott, 4th Countess of Buccleuch.

Sir Charles of Kelhead, 6th Marquess of Queensberry. Sir Charles, 5th from Sir William of Kelhead who was the 2nd son of Sir William, 1st Earl of Queensberry, reacquired the Queensberry Marquessate for the House of Douglas through his marriage to Caroline Scott Montague, daughter of Henry, 3rd Duke of Buccleuch and 5th Duke of Queensberry.
