Walter John Montagu Douglas Scott, 8th Duke of Buccleuch and 10th Duke of Queensberry, KT, GCVO, TD, PC (30 December 1894 – 4 October 1973) was a British peer and Conservative politician.
Duke of Buccleuch ( / bəˈkluː / bə-KLOO ), formerly also spelt Duke of Buccleugh, is a title in the Peerage of Scotland created twice on 20 April 1663, first for James Scott, 1st Duke of Monmouth, and second suo jure for his wife Anne Scott, 4th Countess of Buccleuch.
Montagu Douglas Scott, or simply Scott, is the surname of an aristocratic family in the United Kingdom, founded initially in the 15th century as Clan Scott.
