Johann Albrecht Bengel (24 June 1687 – 2 November 1752), also known as Bengelius, was a Lutheran pietist clergyman and Greek-language scholar known for his edition of the Greek New Testament and his commentaries on it.

Johann Albrecht Bengel (* 24. Juni 1687 in Winnenden; † 2. November 1752 in Stuttgart) war ein deutscher lutherischer Theologe und Pädagoge. Seine produktivste Zeit verbrachte er von 1713 bis 1741 als Lehrer in der Klosterschule Denkendorf.
