Nikolaus von Amsdorf ( Torgau, Alemania, 3 de diciembre de 1483 - Eisenach, 14 de mayo de 1565) fue un teólogo y reformador luterano alemán. Biografía. Nació en Torgau, a orillas del Elba. Fue educado en Leipzig y luego en Wittenberg, donde fue uno de los primeros que se matriculó (1502) en la universidad recientemente fundada.

Nicolaus von Amsdorf (en alemán: Nikolaus von Amsdorf, 3 de diciembre de 1483 - 14 de mayo de 1565) fue un teólogo luterano alemán y uno de los primeros reformadores protestantes. Como obispo de Naumburg (1542-1546), se convirtió en el primer obispo luterano del Sacro Imperio Romano Germánico.
