Fulco III de Anjou (?, 972 ¿984? [1] -Metz, 21 de junio de 1040), llamado también Fulco Nerra, El Halcón Negro o El Constructor, fue un noble y jefe militar francés, Conde de Anjou (987-1040).

Fulk III Nerra was the count of Anjou (987–1040), the most powerful of the early rulers of the Angevin dynasty. Exposed at first to the attacks of the counts of Brittany, Fulk had to fight for a long time to defend his frontiers, finally driving the Bretons back beyond the frontiers of Anjou.

Count of Anjou, 987-1040. Foulques succeeded his father Geoffroy I "Grisegonelle" in 987, and was succeeded in 1040 after a long reign by his son Geoffroy II "Martel". Fulko nació en Angers, entre 1089 y 1092, hijo del conde Fulco IV de Anjou y Bertrade de Montfort. En 1092, Bertrade abandonó a su marido y se casó de forma bígama con el rey Felipe I de Francia. Fulk V se convirtió en conde de Anjou tras la muerte de su padre en 1109.
