Emperor Yingzong of Ming (Chinese: 明英宗; pinyin: Míng Yīngzōng; 29 November 1427 – 23 February 1464), personal name Zhu Qizhen (simplified Chinese: 朱祁镇; traditional Chinese: 朱祁鎮; pinyin: Zhū Qízhèn), was the sixth and eighth emperor of the Ming dynasty.
Zhengtong (正統, Pekín, 1427-id. 1464) es el primer nombre como emperador (1435-1449) de Zhu Qizhen (朱祁鎭), sexto emperador de la dinastía Ming. Hijo de Xuande, accedió al trono con 8 años, siendo el eunuco Wang Zhen quien se ocupaba de los asuntos de Estado durante sus primeros años.

9 de jul. de 2020 · Some 140 paintings were commissioned by Zhu Qizhen (1427-64), who was the sixth and eighth emperor of the Ming Dynasty. In 1449, the emperor, who reigned under the title of Zhengtong, led forces into battle against the Mongols, lost and was taken prisoner by rebel soldiers.
