She married Sir Henry Wriothesley 3rd Earl Southampton, KG on 30 August 1595, in London, England. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 4 daughters. She died on 23 November 1655, in Great Brington, Northamptonshire, England, United Kingdom, at the age of 83, and was buried in Titchfield, Hampshire, England, United Kingdom.
On 19 February 1566, at her father's house in London, Southampton (aged twenty) married the thirteen-year-old Mary Browne (d. 1607), daughter of Anthony Browne, 1st Viscount Montagu, by Jane Radcliffe, the daughter of Robert Radcliffe, 1st Earl of Sussex.
Henry Wriothesley, born 6 October 1573 at Cowdray House, Sussex, was the only son of Henry Wriothesley, 2nd Earl of Southampton, by Mary Browne. She was the only daughter of Anthony Browne, 1st Viscount Montague, and his first wife, Jane Radcliffe.
