Prince Joseph Ferdinand of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (full name Joseph Ferdinand Maria Michael Gabriel Raphael Gonzaga; 21 May 1869 – 13 August 1888), known in Brazil as Dom José Fernando, was a prince of the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha-Koháry.
Ferdinand was born on 26 February 1861 in Vienna, a German prince of the House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha-Koháry. He was the son of Prince August of Saxe-Coburg and his wife Clémentine of Orléans, daughter of King Louis Philippe I of the French.

Prince Ferdinand, second son of Francis, Duke of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld, married the Hungarian noblewoman Princess Maria Antonia Koháry de Csábrág et Szitnya in 1815 (see 407130). Their portraits are possibly discernible in a photograph of the Queen’s Bedroom of c. 1867-80 (RCIN 2402855).
