John of Brandenburg-Küstrin (German: Johann von Brandenburg-Küstrin, or Hans von Küstrin; 3 August 1513 – 13 January 1571), was a member of the House of Hohenzollern and a Margrave of Brandenburg-Küstrin.

It originated in the area around the town of Hechingen in Swabia during the eleventh century. They took their name from their ancestral home, the Burg Hohenzollern castle.
