Clelia Farnese (1552/1556 – 11 September 1613), was an Italian noblewoman, member of the House of Farnese, and by her two marriages Marchioness of Civitanova and Lady of Sassuolo. According to contemporaries, she was one of the most beautiful women of her time.
Clelia Farnese è stata una nobildonna italiana membro della Casa dei Farnese, figlia naturale del cardinale Alessandro Farnese. Attraverso i suoi due matrimoni fu marchesa di Civitanova Marche, signora di Montecosaro, Genzano, Civita Lanivia e Ardea, nonché signora di Sassuolo.
