Sihtric Cáech (irlandés antiguo: Sihtric ua Ímair; nórdico antiguo: Sigtrygg gael, apodado el Bizco [1] o el Ciego, [2] m. 927) fue un caudillo hiberno-nórdico, monarca vikingo del reino de Dublín entre 917 y 921 y monarca de Northumbria entre 920 y 927. Sitric Cáech or Sihtric Cáech or Sigtrygg Gále, (Old Norse: Sigtryggr [ˈsiɣˌtryɡːz̠], Old English: Sihtric, died 927) was a Hiberno-Scandinavian Viking leader who ruled Dublin and then Viking Northumbria in the early 10th century. He was a grandson of Ímar and a member of the Uí Ímair.

Sihtric Cáech fue un caudillo hiberno-nórdico, monarca vikingo del reino de Dublín entre 917 y 921 y monarca de Northumbria entre 920 y 927. Fue nieto de Ivar de Dublín y miembro de los Uí Ímair. Sitric fue probablemente uno de los vikingos expulsados de Dublín en 902, tras lo que pudo gobernar algún territorio al este del Danelaw en Inglaterra.
Sitriuc Cáech (Sigtryggr) (d. 927), grandson of Ímar (Ívarr), king of Dublin and of York, belonged to the Hiberno-Scandinavian dynasty of Uí Ímair. The sobriquet Cáech (one-eyed), accorded to him in Irish sources, suggests some visual impairment; however, he is alternatively known as Sitriuc Gale (the hero).

Sihtric Cáech ua Ímair King of Northumbria was born about 0889, in Dublin, Ireland as the son of Guðrøðr - Guthorm ua Ímair and Unknown Mother. He had at least 6 sons with Edith of Wessex Abbess of Tamworth. He died in 0927, in Northumbria, England, at the age of 39.
