Richilde, Countess of Mons and Hainaut ( c. 1018 – 15 March 1086), was a ruling countess of Hainaut from c. 1050 until 1076, in co-regency with her husband Baldwin VI of Flanders (until 1070) and then her son Baldwin II of Hainaut.

When Richilde de Hainaut was born about 1027, in Mons, Hainaut, Belgium, her father, Régnier V de Hainaut-Mons, was 33 and her mother, Mathilde de Verdun, was 28. She married Herman de Hainaut et de Mons comte in 1040.

In contrast to the relatively clear statements (see above) in favour of Herman being Reginar's son, numerous sources describe Richilde as his daughter.
