Rotrou III (bef. 1080 – 8 May 1144), called the Great (le Grand), was the Count of Perche and Mortagne from 1099. He was the son of Geoffrey II, Count of Perche, and Beatrix de Ramerupt, daughter of Hilduin IV, Count of Montdidier.

Rotrou III, tué à Rouen en 1144, fils de Geoffroy II de Mortagne, comte de Mortagne, puis du Perche, et de Béatrice de Montdidier, fut comte du Perche de 1100 à sa mort. Biographie. Il commença par accompagner son oncle Ebles II, comte de Roucy, en Espagne pour combattre les Maures aux côtés d'un autre oncle Sanche Ier, roi d'Aragon et de Navarre.
Rotrou III dit « Le Grand », son fils, comte de Mortagne et du Perche (en 1126 ), mort en 1144. D'une première femme inconnue, il a Béatrice qui épouse Renaud IV de Château-Gontier.
The lords of Perche were originally titled lords of Mortagne-au-Perche, until Rotrou III adopted the style of count of Perche in 1126, thus uniting the lordship of Mortagne-au-Perche, the viscountcy of Châteaudun and the lordship of Nogent-le-Rotrou in the countship of Perche and Montagne.
