Davíd Davídovich Burliúk (en ucraniano Давид Давидович Бурлюк) (Semyrótivka, Gobernación de Járkov, Ucrania, 21 de julio de 1882 – Long Island, Nueva York, 15 de enero de 1967) fue un artista, ilustrador y publicista ruso nacionalizado estadounidense, hermano del también artista Vladímir Burliuk.

Considerado el padre del futurismo en el Imperio ruso, el pintor ucraniano David Burliuk fue el primogénito de una familia de artistas. Comenzó sus estudios artísticos en Kazan y Odesa y partió a Múnich junto a su hermano Volodymyr, donde ambos estudiaron en la Königliche Bayerische Akademie con Anton Ažbe.
Reconocido internacionalmente como el "padre del futurismo" en su Ucrania natal y en Rusia, David Burliuk fue uno de los principales contribuyentes al periodo seminal del modernismo en las primeras décadas del siglo XX. Burliuk nació en 1882 cerca de la ciudad de Kharkiv en el este de Ucrania.
