Christopher Perkins (born February 29, 1968) is a Canadian American game designer and editor who is known for his work on Wizards of the Coast's Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game, currently as the senior story designer.
Chris Perkins is a 20-year veteran of Wizards of the Coast and principal story designer for D&D. He has served as editor-in-chief for Dragon, Dungeon, and authored numerous D&D articles and books, including most recently Curse of Strahd. He may be best known as DM to "Acquisitions Incorporated". D&D Creative Manager. Chris was first published in Dungeon magazine in 1988 (#11, Wards of Witching Ways, as Christopher Zarathustra), and thereafter became a regular (and dependable) contributor for the publication. He officially joined TSR in 1995 and was promoted to senior editor of Dungeon magazine in 1997.
