Albertine Agnes of Nassau (April 9, 1634 – May 26, 1696), was the regent of Friesland, Groningen and Drenthe during the minority of her son Henry Casimir II, Count of Nassau-Dietz, between 1664 and 1679. Albertine Agnes van Oranje-Nassau (Den Haag, 9 april 1634 — Oranjewoud, 24 mei 1696) was de vijfde dochter van stadhouder Frederik Hendrik en Amalia van Solms. Mede via haar stamt het huidige Nederlandse koningshuis af van Willem van Oranje , want Willem IV , die uit de lijn van de Friese Nassaus stamde, was haar achterkleinzoon.

Her elder brother was William II, Prince of Orange, who married Mary, Princess Royal and became the father of the King-Stadtholder William III.
