Anne Beauchamp, 16th Countess of Warwick (13 July 1426 – 20 September 1492) was an important late medieval English noblewoman. She was the daughter of Richard Beauchamp, 13th Earl of Warwick, and his second wife, Isabel le Despenser (a daughter of Thomas le Despenser (22 September 1373 – 13 January 1399/1400) and Constance of York).

Anne Beauchamp, 16th Countess of Warwick Anne Neville (11 June 1456 – 16 March 1485) was Queen of England as the wife of King Richard III . She was the younger of the two daughters and co-heiresses of Richard Neville, 16th Earl of Warwick (the "Kingmaker").
Anne Beauchamp was the daughter of the powerful Richard Beauchamp, Earl of Warwick, and Isabel Despenser, granddaughter of Edward III. She was born in July 1426 and both she and her brother Henry were married into the Neville family while still children.

Anne became the 16th Countess of Warwick by right of inheritance, and her husband became the 16th Earl of Warwick by marriage (jure uxoris), and one of the largest landowners in England. The half-sisters were not satisfied to have Anne be the sole heir, and fought the inheritance.
