Anne Herbert, Countess of Pembroke, Baroness Herbert of Cardiff (née Parr; 15 June 1515 – 20 February 1552) was lady-in-waiting to each of Henry VIII of England's six wives. She was the younger sister of his sixth wife, Catherine Parr .

Perhaps more famously known in contemporary historiography as the younger sister of Katherine Parr, the sixth wife of Henry VIII, Anne Parr has remained a particularly elusive character in terms of research, when compared to her fashionable contemporaries. However, she led an equally interesting and eventful life.

In a letter from Seymour to Queen Katherine, he mentions that Anne had teased him about the secret marriage, causing him to blush. Anne's husband was created Earl of Pembroke on 11 th October 1551, but, sadly, Anne did not enjoy her new status as a Countess for long, dying on 20 th February 1552, aged 36.
