The Congress of People's Deputies is a parliament in exile, established in the fall of 2022 at the initiative of a group of Russian deputies of various levels (from federal to municipal) as an alternative legislative body as opposed to the illegitimate State Duma of the Russian Federation, formed on unrecognized "elections".
